Inner Inc is a modern self-development and wellness platform founded in Copenhagen by Helen Erichsen and Emma Abeba — two women dedicated to bridging inner growth with outer impact.

We bring together mental wellbeing, spirituality and community-driven experiences to help individuals return home to themselves. Our approach is rooted in both embodiment and emotional clarity:

Helen, founder of Rave Yoga, brings a deeply somatic, sensory and heart-centered understanding of presence.

Emma, entrepreneur and founder of Cirklé Agency, offers a psychological, intuitive and mindset-driven lens on transformation.

Together, they combine these worlds into a unified mission:

to create workshops, gatherings and guided experiences that support people in strengthening their inner foundation, cultivating clarity, and living in alignment with their purpose.
